Coaster College hosts several resources on ride safety and design. All of these have been obtained online or through public records requests. If you have a resource you would like added to this page feel free to reach out. All data on this page is free to be reused and redistributed. This page is intended as an easy way to access various resources on ride safety.
Saferparks was an organization that collected data on ride safety via public records requests. They were last active in 2017, accordingly their data set is outdated. It can still be used to identify trends in the industry and serves as an archive of many US amusement ride incidents from ~2000 - 2017. The data is now owned by AIMS and there are plans to resume data collection soon!
CARES (Council of Amusement and Recreational Equipment Safety) is an organization that focused on ride maintenance and inspections within the US and Canada. They have now scaled back operations. CARES collected and archived many ride service bulletins, creating a great online database for this information where owners and operators can easily access them.
This data is hosted by RidesDatabase and can be downloaded here: https://ridesdatabase.org/cares/bulletins/
RidesDatabase also has more ride related resources that can be found here: https://ridesdatabase.org/other-resources/

ISO/EN Standards: These are alternate standards used outside the US and are generally a little behind ASTM. EN is a near mirror of ASTM, one of the most relevant EN standards is: EN13814 Safety of amusement rides and amusement devices - Part 1: Design and manufacture.
Purchase of these standards directly support the sessions where they are developed and refined by amusement engineers, industry leaders, and subject matter experts who share the common goal of amusement safety.**
IAAPA is the Global Association for the Attractions Industry. They have lots of resources for those in the industry or interested in the industry. They also have several resources for ride safety, including an annual report: https://iaapa.org/safety-security/ride-safety-report
